Family owned and operated Kiser and Sons Construction was started in 1975 by Terry Kiser. What began as small home remodeling projects has grown to include home additions, decks and more. Over the last 45 years, the company has grown to include both sons Mark and Dave, as well as highly experienced and trusted employee Mike. When visiting or reaching our office you can expect courteous service from Terry’s wife Doris and Daughter-in-law Kristie.

Since 2000 Kiser and Sons Construction has operated Central Maryland Sunrooms, bringing warmth and comfort to families across Maryland and Pennsylvania. In 2005 we became a dealer of Sunspace Sunrooms selling and installing a wide variety of Sunrooms & Vinyl Window Products.
